By using our services, you agree not to circumvent or compete with CAVS for a period of seven (7) years from the date of agreement acceptance.

It is strictly prohibited to share, distribute, or reproduce any course content provided by CAVS without explicit written permission.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls from CAVS for the purpose of providing updates, offers, and other relevant communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
6. Referral Commissions
We offer a referral commission program as follows:
$100 One-Time Commission: You will receive a one-time commission of $100 for every direct referral who purchases our products or services.
7. Agreement Violations
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that any breach of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to damages and injunctive relief.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sacramento, California.
